Despite the pandemic and resulting travel restrictions, the Knight Frank Prime Global Cities Index registered a rise of 1.9% in the final quarter of 2020, up from 1.6% in Q3.

Resilience was most evident in markets that dealt with the pandemic efficiently and where economies are already starting to open up and travel corridors are emerging.
